A transformative experience designed to help women overcome beliefs and mindsets that prevent them from leading more effectively, especially during a time when more women leadership is needed.

We are no longer waiting for the world to treat us differently, asking for permission, or looking for validation outside of ourselves.

Participants will identify the beliefs, mindsets, and experiences that may be holding them back. They learn to embrace their unique journey and make a lasting impact in their work, community and beyond.
