Advanced Leadership for Women: A Bold Vision

This isn’t just a program — it’s a recalibration. A space for women leaders to pause, reflect, and reconnect to the most powerful version of themselves — the leader beneath the roles, titles, and responsibilities.

Women are the fastest-growing population of leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs. And yet — even with years of experience, accolades, and expertise — many still find themselves navigating spaces where they feel isolated, underestimated, or disconnected from their own power. At a time when the world feels increasingly uncertain - politically, economically, environmentally - we don’t need more perfection. We need more powerfully grounded, clear-hearted women leading from within.

This experience is for you — whether you’re a leader who has done the work, built teams, shaped careers, or simply feel called to lead in a way that’s more sustainable, soulful and real.

Here, you’ll find a space to be seen, challenged, supported, and expanded. A place to lay down what’s no longer yours to carry — the doubt, the outdated narratives, the old playbooks — and step into a new vision of leadership rooted in authenticity, courage, and heart.

You don’t need to prove anything.

You’re here to remember who you are.

And lead from that place.

The time is now.

We started in 2022…

Originally founded as Leadership for Professional Women of Color, our program was designed to help women step into their power as leaders. Our mission was clear: to support the growth of strong, resilient women leaders, no matter their background, circumstances, or positions. Over time, a recurring theme emerged: “How do we work better together and navigate an ever-changing landscape? How do we build a deeper level of community and connections?”

This new experience is the next evolution of that mission—three years in the making. We’ve distilled the most effective techniques, strategies, and coaching to support women leaders across all walks of life in their journeys.

So, we ask you: What is the boldest vision you hold for yourself? Let us help you make it a reality.

A Radical Proposition:

What if work could be a place of healing and growth?

NO. 1

What if everything occurring in your professional lives, no matter what it was, was happening FOR you?

NO. 2

What if the issues that women experience at work were not problems, but instead stepping stones?

NO. 3

What if you could deepen your own understanding of yourself and your capabilities, and most importantly, take your power back?

This course is for you if…

NO. 1

You want to connect with other women in a supporting, nurturing environment.

NO. 2

You are ready to slow down and get accurate in your leadership.

NO. 3

You want to take a deeper dive into your inner terrain and discover and interact with new parts of your leadership.

NO. 4

You are willing to release, shift or heal any form of perceived limitations based on the past (e.g. ”This is how it is.” “I don’t have any other options.” “I’m wired this way.”).

NO. 5

You are ready to step into greater levels of self-responsibility, self-living and intuition.

10:00 am - 6:00 pm (doors open at 9:15am for community building and bites)

Putting it all into practice.

Day two deepens our work from day one and offers participants tools and exercises to be catalyst for their own growth, upliftment and development.

We uncover and clear limiting assumptions, beliefs and judgments that impact your leadership.

What if everything occurring in your professional life is for YOU?

Are you your harshest critic or are you a soft place to land for yourself?

What if the issue, isn’t the issue?

How do you create, enable or support what you say you don’t want?

Thursday, August 21st

7:00 pm - 9:30 pm (doors open at 6:15pm for community building and bites)

The agenda is YOU.

Participants are asked to bring their entire professional lives into the space. Everyone receives an overview—a sense of what they might expect, and tools and processes to create a container for growth and development.

We co-create a container for everyone to engage powerfully with the material, slow themselves down and create a solid foundation for leadership.

Who would you be if you were the biggest, boldest version of yourself?

What are you afraid of?

What are you waiting for?
