Leadership for Professional Women of Color

According to the McKinsey’s 2023 Women in the Workplace report over the past nine years, women—and especially women of color—have remained underrepresented across the corporate pipeline.

WoC are also the fastest growing population of leaders and entrepreneurs. Yet, struggle gaining momentum, having support and feeling comfortable in the spaces they are in.

We’re here to change that.

+

Feel comfortable in yourself, your skills, and what you bring to the table.

+

Appreciate yourself for exactly who you are.

+

Let your natural talents, abilities, and true personality take the lead.

Leadership for Professional Women of Color started in 2022

We began with the single goal of creating women of color leaders no matter where they are, what they are facing and what titles or positions they hold.

NO. 1

What if everything occurring in our professional lives, no matter what it was, was happening FOR us?

NO. 2

What if the issues that Women of Color experience at work were not problems, but instead stepping stones?

NO. 3

What if work could be a place of healing and growth?

NO. 4

What if we could deepen our own understanding of ourselves and our capabilities, and most importantly, take our power back?

This course is for you if….

You want to connect with other women in a supporting, nurturing environment.

NO. 1

NO. 2

You are ready to slow down and get accurate in your leadership.

NO. 3

You want to take a deeper dive into your inner terrain and discover and interact with new parts of your leadership.

NO. 4

You are willing to release, shift or heal any form of perceived limitations based on the past (e.g. ”This is how it is.” “I don’t have any other options.” “I’m wired this way.”).

NO. 5

You are ready to step into greater levels of self-responsibility, self-living and intuition.
